ServeLane is a real, working product being built by NCBiz Consults — not a concept. It doesn't yet have a public sign-up link while we finish building out the operational features below. The screenshots on this page are real interface evidence from the product as it exists today.

ServeLane doesn't automatically prevent theft, fraud or staff misconduct — no software can promise that — but it gives you clearer records and stronger operational visibility to work from than relying entirely on word of mouth.

The Restaurant Digital Launch Kit is the customer-facing side — the website and ordering experience your customers use directly. ServeLane is the operational side — how the restaurant itself manages what's coming in. The Launch Kit is not dependent on ServeLane; it runs perfectly well on WhatsApp Business alone. ServeLane is an additional operational option for restaurants that want more centralized visibility.
