These terms cover projects undertaken by NCBiz Consults ("we," "us") for clients ("you"). Specific project scope, deliverables and pricing are agreed separately in writing (quotation/proposal) before work begins; these terms apply alongside that agreement.
Projects begin with a 60% deposit, with the remaining 40% due after you have reviewed and approved the completed work, and before final handover. Accepted payment methods include Mobile Money, bank transfer and cash, with receipts provided.
Each project begins with an agreed scope (page count, features, package level). Revisions to that agreed work are part of the normal process of consultation, development, testing and review, up to your approval. Requests for new functionality or a material change in scope beyond what was agreed are treated as separate work and quoted accordingly.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide (text, images, business information). We can assist with developing and refining content collaboratively as part of a project where agreed.
Where we assist with domain registration or hosting on your behalf, relevant account access and documentation are provided to you at handover. Ongoing maintenance and support beyond handover are separate services.
