This policy explains how NCBiz Consults ("we," "us") handles information collected through ncbizconsults.com and through direct communication with clients and prospective clients (email, WhatsApp, phone).
When you use the project inquiry form on this site, we collect what you provide directly: your name, business/organization, email, phone/WhatsApp number, service of interest, project description, approximate budget and preferred contact method. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
Information submitted through the inquiry form is used solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and provide a quotation or proposal. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
The inquiry form is delivered via a third-party form-processing service (Web3Forms), which transmits your submission to our email address. Our Google Business Profile reviews are displayed using a third-party widget (Elfsight), which loads review content from Google. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
For active projects, we may handle additional business information you provide (content, images, account access for handover, etc.) strictly for the purpose of building and delivering your project. Access credentials are not retained indefinitely in personal accounts — relevant access is handed over to you at project completion.
